Among olive trees and vineyards, hills and cultivated fields, the village of Montepulciano, in Tuscany, is famous worldwide for the production of Nobile wine. From up here it is easy to get lost with the gaze between the green of the crops and cypresses and the intense blue of a clear sky. A land that is really easy to fall in love with!
This is what happened to the American owner of this villa overlooking Montepulciano, who after spending time in the area chose to buy a property and renovate it. An investment to be allocated to the tourist rental market.
When he contacted me, the owner asked me to furnish and set up his freshly renovated villa, to make it even more attractive in the eyes of future guests. My work began with a broad design phase in which the intervention lines were defined.
Then came the forced break caused by the pandemic, and as soon as possible I resumed the work and completed it, concluding with the set-up phase and the emotional photo shoot. My great satisfaction was the surprise and emotion of the landlord in seeing the photos, his amazement at the great transformation made and the charm that the villa now releases in every corner.
Seeing is believing … here are some shots of the before / after!
