I am Ilaria, regional coordinator of HSL Umbria; married and mother of two beautiful girls, I live in a lovely village in Umbria, very close to Tuscany. Colleagues and friends say I’m a “passionately volcanic”, creative and determined woman. I love travelling, meeting new people and new homes.
I achieved artistic maturity as an architectural designer and interior decorator.
My first work experience dates back to ’93 as a sales and design manager within the family company, where I worked until 2008.
Then, after some important life changes, I landed in an important real estate agency that was looking for motivated people to expand in the area between Umbria and Tuscany.
The synergy between my commercial experience and the knowledge gained over the years in the real estate and tourism market between Umbria and Tuscany has allowed me to open up to the Home Staging, combining the real estate world with design, so that the properties put on the market could be staged at their best and become a success.
In order to be even more efficient and professional in the work I love, I attended the Staging & Redesign school, a professional training school for Home Staging and ReDesign throughout the country.

It was really exciting to see first-hand the work done by Ilaria. The house she set up with great professionalism was the first property that we saw in Italy, and it was a completely different experience than the other visits we did. I found Eletta and Ilaria through Houzz while looking for a solution on how to best furnish my newly renovated villa in Montepulciano, whilst living in the USA and unable to travel to Italy due to the pandemic. Ilaria did an unbelievable job! She designed the interior, furnished it, and it looks unbelievable ... better than I could have imagined, or hoped. All at a fair price. And then she gave me a beautiful photo suite of the furnished property. Fantastic.
