A new project has been completed! This time it is a redesign project studied for a real estate investor who bought an apartment in a residential area of ​​Perugia.

The owner is already a customer of Eletta Home Staging. Three years ago he decided to rely on me and on home staging to offer his property for sale on the market (here you find the first home staging on it) and then, a few months later, he entrusted me with the task of preparing his farmhouse to put it the rental market. A new home staging project, this time specific for hospitality, has led the farmhouse to shine and emerge in this sector. The investment was successful and with ample profit margins both in the tourism sector and then for the completed sale of the property.

Now the new project has seen the complete transformation of an apartment in the residential area of ​​Perugia, which has to become both a home for the owner and, within three years, an investment to be put back on the real estate market.

The project has been a four-handed one involving Arch-è Studio Associato of Arch. Ivano Malizia and Federico Peparaio and Eletta Home Staging, the first for the structural aspects and the necessary practices, the second for the study of the interiors and furnishings.

Since the project was born immediately as an investment, even the choices related to the internal layout and style are born to meet the taste of future buyers, that is a young family looking for a first home in an area covered by all the services and comfortable under every point of view.

 

The apartment, which is over 120 square meters and has two terraces, was renovated and furnished in record time, with a total investment of about 60,000 euros. The construction site lasted just 50 days, given the tight deadlines due to the owner’s needs. Such a structured and fast work was only possible thanks to the team work between Arch-è and Eletta Home Staging.
