This small farmhouse nearby Orvieto countryside had been on the market empty, chaotic and inhospitable. The owner contacted me to “fix” the property and put it back on the market with a new look. My intervention was radical: I painted the walls, set up the furniture and accessories, creating welcoming and functional environments. The property was sold 30 days after being put on the market.
