This small farmhouse had been on the market for about a year, during which there were some customer visits but the property did not thrill potential buyers.
I was contacted by the owner, through the real estate agency, to give a new look and enhance his home.
My work was to “lightening” and completing some non-valued spaces.
After this the agency has got very positive feedbacks from customers.
