#VILLA LA QUERCIA

I was contacted by Villa La Quercia property manager, whose desire was to renovate this beautiful villa in order to make it stand out among the luxury tourist rentals in the Monte Argentario area.
The villa, with old-fashionde interiors, needed a complete makeover: it had to become attractive, refined and welcoming.
The outbuilding, made up of three basement bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, needed a touch of whimsy and color since it was very “sad”.
For the Villa I respected the romantic soul of the house, improving what was already there and giving a touch of color thorugh furnishings and accessories. In the outbuilding I gave character with bright colors and focusing on a more contemporary taste.

Excellent results with 100% employment for the remaining weeks of 2018 and for the first half of 2019.
