“After having lived and worked for about 4 years in England, as soon as I returned to Italy I started to work with an important real estate agency in the luxury real estate. I had todevelop contacts abroad and follow foreign clients. After two important sales in Monte Argentario, about 3 years ago, I decided to move with the family to the sea, always a great passion of mine, and here I met the current owner of Villa La Quercia; the villa had recently been purchased as an investment to be included in the luxury tourist rental circuit but, despite having an amazing location with a 360 ° sea view, internally needed to be enhanced and made more contemporary”, explains Elisa.

Home staging abroad has been an appreciated and widespread service for many years. When I proposed it, the owner was enthusiastic. I have an excellent professional relationship with Ilaria; when I learned about her new career as a home stager I immediately thought she was the right person to enhance Villa La Quercia. In your opinion, what were the possible margins for improvement?
The villa was very well maintained but needed a fresher and more modern look, to enhance its very large rooms and make it more contemporary.

Through the choice of the right colors and furnishings and a professional photoshoot, the villa now shows itself perfect for a high-level and demanding public in search of a refined hospitality in Italy.
After the home staging, what is the employment rate trend?
For the 2019 season, Villa La Quercia is occupied from May to the end of September, with an increase of 40% since last year. Guests are very much appreciating the quality of hospitality in a modern and functional but refined and authentic environment. In fact the Villa has obtained the highest rating.
