When and how was the Boutique Apartment Clusium project born?

The Boutique Apartment project was born in September 2018 to offer an incoming experience marked by elegance and positive emotions. I often travel, both for work and leisure, so I think that travel and experiences are one of the most pleasant moments we remember. I wanted to welcome people coming from all over the world to discover the beauties of our territory, Chiusi and its millenary history. Thanks to the Etruscan civilization we now got a great heritage to show and live; moreover, Chiusi is quite close to important cities like Florence, Rome, Siena, Arezzo and Perugia.

Why did you ask for home staging?

We met, by pure chance, at the training course “Living Tourism” held in Perugia, then talking to the President of the Home Staging Lovers National Association, Fosca de Luca, I realised how important it is to collaborate with a group of professionals, with everyone putting their acquired skills to a common goal. Through Eletta Home Staging website I immediately realised Ilaria’s home staging value.

 

After our first meeting at the apartment, Ilaria studied 3 solutions to develop the project, then I chose the Elegant option, the one closer to the customers target I’m looking for. After a careful analysis of the spaces, Ilaria drew up a list of the necessary furnishings and accessories. It was fundamental to entrust myself to professionals in the several fields: from the design “Studio Tecnico Tecnical Project Geom. Lasagna and Frosoni” to “Massimo Verdi” floors, “Massimiliano Margheriti” hydraulic system, “Elettropomponi by Jacopo Pomponi” electrical systems and the collaboration of Baglioni Roberto carprentry for doors, Antichità 2 B by Bozzini Andrea for the kitchen installation, “The Lab by Paolo Scattoni” for the graphics and “Margheriti Piante” for plants. Finally, after all this work, Clusium Boutique Apartment was born.

What do you think was the added value of the redesign project designed for you?
Ilaria gave her contribution in coordinating the team and solutions: I could not have achieved this result without her 20 years’ experience. The project ended with a professional photoshoot, with the collaboration of Barbara Medici. Pictures could better communicate the work done and inspire customers.
