WELCOME IN TUSCANY

Lake view and vineyards all around: this is the business card of Casale Tuscany Wine, set in the countryside of Cortona. Welcome to Tuscany!

Entirely restored in 2008, this farmhouse with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a park with swimming pool (and view of Lake Trasimeno) was completely empty inside, so it had no peculiarities that could attract the attention of potential buyers. This is why the real estate consultants Jacopo Menchicchi and Alberto Zarro of Rolling Hills Agency have got in touch with me: the farmhouse needed a home staging to become attractive to the high-net target customers.

Once the owner accepted my project ,the works could start. After an accurate preparatory phase we moved on to action, in an intense and exciting full immersion during which dozens of light points were installed, some finishes arranged, the kitchen set up (given the very high target of the set-up I chose to use a RE.DA model, absolutely realistic in every detail); handmade wrought iron beds have been placed (Lispi & Co has chosen “to showcase” some of its pieces from the Il Letto a Baldacchino collection), sofas and armchairs, accessories and textiles, as well as outdoor furniture.

It took three days of work, 1 truck, 1 van and 5 people to give Casale Tuscany Wine the look it shows today: a country-style retreat with a contemporary charm, ready to become a daydream of the future owners.

The color palette I chose focused on the accent color blue for the bedroom area, adding a neutral taupe and rope base, with notes of gray or red. Neutral tones and many different material effects for the living area: from the woven carpet to the corduroy sofa, I used furnishings full of character, to make the typicality of the farmhouse emerge and then attract the luxury real estate segment for which it is intended.

In my home staging for Casale Tuscany Wine I always had in mind the magic of this place, the great flavor of this part of Tuscany kissed by the sun, caressed by the vineyards and deeply authentic.

Here some before & after the farmhouse.
