This property, an apartment in the historic center of an Umbrian small town, needed a home staging work to be placed on the long-term rental market. The owner contacted me because she hadn’t been able to rent it for a year. My intervention lasted 3 days. I changed the color of the walls, replaced some furnishings and created a more functional and welcoming environment. After my work, it was rented the first day it was pun on the market.
